Extended Return Period

We ask for unwanted items to be returned within 30 days normally, but to help with Christmas shopping we are extending our return period by three weeks for orders placed in November and December. If you need a little longer please contact us to make a special arrangement.

Royal Mail Strike Action

As you may be aware from recent coverage in the media the Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members at Royal Mail to take strike action.

We are working to develop contingency plans, but during the strike period there will be significant disruption to shipments sent with Royal Mail. We are expecting delays of up to 5 working days for all parcels sent with Royal Mail on or around the strike dates.

We are liaising with Royal Mail and our other carriage partners about contingencies, but they are advising that they are unable to accept any significant additional volume on the proposed strike dates, as they do not have extra capacity within their networks and do not want to jeopardise their operations. They are also anticipating possible disruption during and around the strike period should they find their networks flooded with additional volume.

We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience this strike action causes.
